FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What services do you offer? We offer a comprehensive range of tree care services including tree trimming, pruning, removal, tree health assessments, and disease management.
Are your arborists certified? Not yet, but our head arborist is in the process of gaining certification through ISA.
How do I know if my tree needs to be trimmed or pruned? Signs that your tree may need trimming or pruning include overgrown branches, dead or diseased limbs, crossed branches, or branches touching utility lines or structures. We can assess your trees and recommend the appropriate pruning techniques based on their specific needs.
Is tree removal always necessary? Tree removal is typically considered a last resort, but it may be necessary in cases of severe disease or damage, hazardous leaning, or to make way for new construction. We will assess the health and condition of your tree and recommend the best course of action.
How much does your tree service cost? The cost of our tree services depends on factors such as the size, species, condition, and location of the tree, the type of service required, and the amount of cleanup desired.
Are you insured? Yes, we are fully insured for two million dollars as well as licensed and bonded in Washington state to provide tree care services, giving you peace of mind knowing that your property is protected.
Do you offer free estimates? Yes, we offer free estimates where we will assess your trees, discuss your concerns and goals, and provide recommendations for the best course of action.
My tree is starting to die. How long until I have to cut it down? We recommend scheduling appointments as quickly as possible if your tree is in decline. In just a single season, a tree can go from alive to dead and dangerous, and the longer it sits, the more difficult and costly it becomes to remove.
Do you clean up after the job is done? We take pride in leaving your property clean and tidy after completing our tree care services. Our team will remove all debris and waste generated during the job, leaving your landscape looking pristine. However, if you are looking to save money on tree work, you can opt for no cleanup which will save us time, which means a lower price!
